Our mission

The mission of the California Baking School is to equip students with individualized, hands-on, and practical instruction for the food and hospitality industry.
We offer programs in multiple culinary fields while specialized in baking and pastries. We believe that through a carefully planned, well-balanced curriculum, we will give our students the solid foundation needed to build and advance in their careers.
