6 month proffesional course only

Requirements:

The applicant must be under 28 years old and have a high school diploma or an equal certification such as ged and must be considered "low income," in accordance to the specifications.

Tuition Aid:

No cost, 100 percent of the tuition will be provided. (the students may be charged for the materials).
